Cryotherapy Setup
The Ancient Egyptians were the first to use cooling as a line of treatment. Cryotherapy involve the use of cryogen (liquid Nitrogen) to rapidly and intensely cool tissues down to (-196 C°). Special device using different probes can control cooling to the desired target and to the optimum temperature degree. Intense cooling has several therapeutic values like destruction of tumor cells (benign or malignant) and influencing immunological active cells.
